Ray Roddan D.C.

Provides a solid background and the experience for addressing even the most difficult and challenging cases. He is board certified in chiropractic care with 31 years of practice experience. He received his chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1978 and has received post graduate training in chiropractic orthopedics, neurology, sports injuries, auto related injuries and physiotherapy. Dr. Roddan is focused on providing personalized, comprehensive chiropractic care with special interest in headaches, lumbar disc herniations, and long-term functional improvement.

R. Susan Hensley D.C.

Originates from Eastern Tennessee. She is a small town girl with small town values. She earned her chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. She is nationally board certified in both chiropractic care and physiotherapy. Dr. Susan takes special interest in family care, from newborns to the elderly, and uses a wide variety of techniques ranging from Gonstead, Diversified, Toggle Recoil and Thompson Technique. She has also completed additional studies in pediatric adjusting. She provides individual, personalized, one-on-one care for all her patients.

Steve Fisher, D.C.

Steve Fisher, D.C. grew up in the Kansas City area where attended Missouri Valley College on a academic and athletic scholarship. He became a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association while enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic program. He received his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2010 from Cleveland University, Kansas City. Dr. Fisher holds his Wisconsin and Missouri Chiropractic License and has been certified in Nutritional Counseling here in Wisconsin. He is continuing education in multiple areas, including nutrition, whiplash and work-related injuries, shoulder injuries, and more. He is passionate about helping people achieve their health-related goals. Dr Fisher has seen patients just 7 days old to 94 years of age.

He resides in Green Bay with his wife Holli, who holds a Master of Science in Counselor Education and is currently working as a Program Manager for Golden House here in Green Bay, and his daughter Morgan Charlotte. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting adjusted, writing, working out, cooking and good food.

Dr. Fisher has been active in the community, volunteering to coach youth wresting programs in Kansas City, Manitowoc and Green Bay areas. In 2010 he started a 5K run to support the Platte County Education Foundation. He was a coach and team chiropractor for the 2013 Greco Roman Junior National Team and traveled with the team to the national tournament. He currently helps coach X-Factor Elite Wrestlers in DePere, WI.


Dawn has been with ProCare for twenty-two years, she runs our large therapy department. Dawn is a Certified Chiropractic Technician and also certified in Exercise Rehabilitation. She provides many types of therapies for your specific needs, she designs personalized exercise programs with the doctor for individual rehabilitation. Dawn also helps out at the front desk with various office tasks. In her free time she loves spending time with family and friends, enjoys cooking and being with her new puppy!


Linda has been with ProCare for three years and seven years with Dr. Paul Cibula prior to this, she worked twenty five years at a local insurance company. Linda is responsible for the billing and insurance department. She assists patients with insurance questions, sends out monthly statements, bills patients charges to the correct insurance and works with the insurance company to ensure claims are processed correctly. Outside of the office Linda spends time with her “non work” family. Linda enjoys ATV riding, camping, and trips to Las Vegas and Laughlin, NV.
